Want new flatmates? How about a vampire, werewolf and a ghost? Sound like the ideal flatmates?

Before you decide maybe you should tune into being human.
Annie (ghost), George (werewolf) and Mitchell (vampire) all share a house in Bristol where all kinds of supernatural visitors drop by.

Now in its third series, being human is taking UK TV network BBC3 by storm.
Written and created by Toby Whithouse of No Angels, Hotel Babylon and Dr Who fame, this supernatural show has me tuning in episode after episode. The story centers on the three main characters as they struggle to keep their humanity and lead relatively normal human lives.

This brilliant series combines horror and comedy perfectly. The special effects are ok I guess for a TV series, in fact the werewolf effects remind me slightly of the werewolf transformations in the classic film 'An American werewolf in London'.

Altogether a great hours viewing. I give it an eight rating.
Keep your eye out for series four coming later this year.
